The aim of this research is integrate the Islamic business values model, Islamic social
responsibility and local culturalwisdom to intention and business performance. This research
design used explanatory quantitative method. This research is done by hypothesis test which is
formulated using SEM ( Structural Equation Model). The sample of population in this research
is villager area Islamic businessmen in five regency in Central Java. The method of taking
sample is purposive sampling consist of 165 respondences. The analysis result shows that all
research hyphothesis is proved. Antecedent intention Islamic business values, Islamic social
responsibility and local cultural wisdom have positive influence and significant to the business
perfomance.
