Abstract

Public policy on health is a legal instrument to solve the problem of community’s health. The accommodative public policy should be based on the health demographic data published by the goverment. The role of goverment, especially local government, especially local government should develop the policy wich is supported by the valid and reliable data, in order to be able to effective execute the health program services community.
