PENEGAKAN HUKUM LINGKUNGAN PADA ERA REFORMASI

Abstract

Environmental problem in the context of sustainable development is not part away of market mechanism which does not take care of social and environment signs. For this reason, it is necessary to do corrections on its weakness on intention to make balance on social and environment development in one hand and the economic development on the other hand. Intervention can be done by three parties institution, consist of Government, Entrepreneurs, and the Society. Among the three force must be arranged “check and balance” relationship at the same level in order that the three force can be remain continually in balance.
