Pengaruh Belanja Modal dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of capital expenditure (Belanja Modal)and general allocation fund (Dana Alokasi Umum)to the level regional financial independence in Central Java regencies. Based on the literature review, the reasearch hypothesized that capital expenditure and general allocation fund have significant effect on the level regional financial independence. Total sample on this research is 35 cities/regencies in Central Java each year within three period from 2012-2014. Using multiple regression the empirical result show that capital expenditure have positive effect on regional financial independence and general allocation fund have negative effect on regional financial independence.
