Abstract

Environment dispute is a kind of case which contains conflict that not only involve the two parties, but a case that accompanied with demand. There are two procedures that may be followed to get resolution on dispute of environment, the first one is through the court process (by submitting environment accusation), and the second is the procedure out of court which is commonly called as alternatif dispute justice.
