dc.description.abstractTeacher of Elementary School have a obligation to comprehend in development characteristic of their student until teacher able to give helping in appropiate for learning process . The compability intentioned made reference to goal of learning which is helping student to finish the development task. For Teacher or Educator should be comprehend about every step in development task of Elementary Students as a purpose to give helping, guidance , and monitoring to student who in process finishing their Development Task. Then it will work without find the difficulties or obstacles too much. Substantively, the problems in phases of Student Development Task are complex problem. PGSD FKIP UMM be obliged to prepare teachers who are able to comprehend about Development Task. The effort as have done by this Study Programm have implemented in this working paper. Furthermore, this working paper will explain concerning phases and characteristic of Elementary Students in Learning development.in_ID
