Persepsi Pengajar di Pesantren terhadap Bank Syariah
Abstract
The purpose of research is to identify the perception of boarding teachers to Islamic bank and to
analyze the perception of boarding teachers between one boarding and others. The object of research
is conducted at three places; Darunnajah, Daar El-Qolam and Darul Amanah. The samples were 90
teachers. The type of sample is random sampling that is taken from 30 teachers in each boarding. This
questionnaire contains about the profile and perception to Islamic banks. This research analyzed the
level of generally teacher perception and compared between one boarding to others. The research
method used factor analysis with lisrel 8.54. The results showed that: 1) The teacher's category
perception to Islamic banks in Darunnajah was 47.8% (middle), Daar El Qolam 44.4% (good and
excellent), and Darul Amanah 7.8% (low). It showed that the teacher perception was generally good;
2) Perception of teachers was different with others. The levels from highest to lowest were
Darunnajah, Daar El-Qolam, and Darul Amanah. The research recommendation is the Islamic banks
making socialization to boarding, because it is a great potential of the development efforts of Islamic
banks in Indonesia.
