dc.description.abstractBank Syariah ever offer bailout of pilgrimage fund for prospective Indonesian pilgrims. Impact, the queue of pilgrims to be long. The purpose of this study is to analyze the bailout program with the canvas business model as the initial step towards efforts to reconstruct a more strategic model of hajj pilgrimage in sharia banks in Surakarta. To achieve these objectives analysis of the model of funding of pilgrimage with business model canvas model. The results of this research are 9 (nine) blocks from the analysis of canvas business model consisting of: key partner (internal and external), key activities, key resources, value, customer relationship, channels, customer segment, revenue stream and cost structure . When the Hajj funding service is not available, it can be made a feature of Umrah products that cooperate with Umrah travel agency.in_ID
