dc.description.abstractTransfer pengetahuan dalam organisasi memiliki manfaat yang besar pada kinerja organisasi. Namun karena perubahan lingkungan yang baru, struktur organisasi juga berubah dari sebuah organisasi perusahaan menjadi organisasi virtual. Operasi dan fungsi organisasi berubah dan tergantung pada Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Peningkatan penggunaan TIK dalam organisasi virtual adalah untuk menjembatani kesenjangan jarak antara orang yang bekerja dalam jenis organisasi. Sejak kesenjangan terhubung, transfer pengetahuan antara pekerja dapat dianggap sebagai proses yang sulit ditransfer. Jenis transfer pengetahuan dapat bervariasi tergantung pada jenis pengetahuan. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mentransfer keahlian dari seorang pakar yang memegang kunci dalam knowledge transfer di dalam suatu organisasi. Makalah ini juga menyarankan ide-ide untuk mengurangi hambatan dan memfasilitasi transfer dalam organisasi virtual.in_ID
