dc.description.abstractPada tanggal 26 November 2017 terjadi letusan Gunung Agung. Debu vulkanik dari Gunung Agung berbahaya bagi aktivitas penerbangan. Dampaknya bagi pesawat, debu vulkanik yang meleleh akan membeku pada bilah turbin, menggumpal dan melapisinya sehingga menghalangi aliran udara normal yang membuat mesin akan kehilangan tenaga atau mati. Oleh karena itu, selama beberapa waktu Bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai sempat ditutup. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit Himawari-8 yang diolah dengan menggunakan program GMSLPD metode IR_windows channel RGB (Red-Green-Blue) untuk mendapatkan gambaran sebaran, trajektori, serta peta kontur. Adanya siklon tropis Cempaka yang berada di Samudera Hindia di Selatan Yogyakarta juga mempengaruhi sebaran debu vulkanik yang semula mengarah ke timur-tenggara berubah arah menjadi barat daya.id_ID
