Analisis Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Wonogiri
Abstract
The objectives in this research is to analyze organizational culture, work
environment and competence to the performance of employees of Central Board of
Statistics of Wonogiri Regency either partially and simultaneously.
This research methodology is quantitative descriptive research, by taking the
population of all employees at BPS Kabupaten Wonogiri, with a sample of 400
people. Data collection in this study one of them using questionnaires to get data
about the influence of organizational culture, environment and komptensi on
employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of
analysis with linier bergada regression, t test and F test using SPSS 22.0 for
Windows serves to prove the research hypothesis.
The results showed that simultaneously based on F test gave result 34,511
and t test for organizational culture variable equal to 5,786, work environment
variable equal 2,843, and competence equal to 5,610, so either simultant or
partially there is influence significantly organizational culture, work environment
and competence to the performance of BPS staff of Wonogiri Regency. In
determination test, the result is contingent of organizational culture, work
environment and competency 85,60%, while from result of doubled linear regression
yielded result Y = 3,266 + 0,592 X1 + 0,286X2 + 0,634X3.
