dc.description.abstractIndonesian is on top of the maternal mortality. Most of the bleeding caused because her childbirth is not assisted by competent staff is required in the various programs reproductive health maternal primarily to reduce the number. Willingness to pay (WTP) are often used in the world economy to assess the extent to which a contribution in the process of providing health services. Analytical research with cross sectional approach use bidding game technique. Bidding game practice techniques such bargain price before it was found that the initial bid price agreed by the respondents. By using the methods of sampling purposively obtained 79 of the respondents came from districts 2: Tawangsari and Kartasura. Differences in willingness to pay according to level of maternal income families tested with Anova test. Analysis of data using the program SPSS version 16.0. Results of research shows the average pregnant women are willing to pay Rup 399,368 for the help of midwives in normal childbirth. The amount of willingness to pay is increased with increasing levels of family and the increase trend is statistically significant (F= 9,15, P= 0,000). Conclusion of this research is the difference between willingness to pay to the mother of labor according to the normal level of midwives in family income.en_US
