Peran Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Abstract
One of the efforts made to improve the performance of the company's
employees is to provide job satisfaction and applying transformational leadership
style on the company, so this research aims to analyze the transformational
leadership is partially influence on performance, analyzing the influence of the
role of job satisfaction in mediate's leadership on performance. The population in
this research totaled 959 employees, withdrawal of samples is done using the
formula Slovin, the results retrieved 100 respondents. This research uses
techniques of Linear Regression with Multiple analyses. Results of the study
prove that partially job satisfaction and leadership Transformational has a
significant influence on the performance of employees, and the simultaneous job
satisfaction and transformational leadership has a significant influence on the
performance of employees. Companies should enhance job satisfaction must first
provide job satisfaction to the employees by way of applying transformational
leadership style, because employees are more satisfied if the leader has a
transformational style.
