Hubungan Tingkat Konsumsi Karbohidrat, Protein Dan Lemak Dengan Kesegaran Jasmani Anak Sekolah Dasar di SD N Kartasura I
Abstract
Sports activity in the form of physical activity and games is the one factor that can affect children
growth and development The factors that affect physical fitness are healthiness, age, gender, physical
activity, heredity and nutritional status. Proper nutrition to support physical fitness of children consist of
macronutriens and micronutrients. This study aimed to understand the relationship of carbohydrate
consumption levels, consumption of protein and fat consumption and physical fitness of elementary
school children. The type of this research is observational crossectional approach. Consumption list
include carbohydrates, proteins and fats obtained through interviews by SD N Kartasura I the recall
method 3 times 24 hours. Physical fitness measured by using a test bench harvard (harvard step test)
in a way up and down the bench as high as 10 inches (25.4 cm) continuously for 5 minutes. The
number of samples in this study were students from 4th grader and 5th grader in SD N Kartasura I total
54 students. The result showed level of consumption of carbohydrate, protein and fat, most of the
students classified as heavy deficit levels 40.7%, 64.8% and 51.9% respectively. But physical fitness
level of most of the students are classified as very good as much as 75.90%. Based on the results of
statistical tests, it can be seen that there is no relationship between the level of consumption of
carbohydrates, proteins and fats with physical fitness, with p value of 0.096, 0.0347 and 0.844.
