STRATEGI PENANAMAN NILAI DAN PENANGANAN KONFIK NILAI DALAM PRAKTEK PENGASUHAN ANAK PADA KELUARGA JAWA
Abstract
Along with their development, early adolescents will interact
with their peers more intensively. Values socialized by their parents
frequently not congruent with peers values. Obstruction in parent‐child
relationship will emerge because of this values conflict. Qualitative
approach was used in this research to explore parent‐child’s conflict
area. The amount of 469 early adolescents was participated by
completing open‐ended questionnaire which ask about parent‐child
problem in their daily living. The result shows that conflicts occured in
parent‐child relationship are related to academic achievement, leisure
time management, mobile use, go home not on time, fashion
preference, friend to have fun, and opposite sex relationship. The most
expression presented by parent to resolve conflict is anger.
