dc.description.abstractThe study aims to examine the implementation of the rotation, transfer, promotion and remuneration as well as to examine the benefits of rotation of the holding, transfer, promotion and remuneration for Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Klaten. Respondents in this study as many as six people who were all in the head section of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Klaten who have experienced a variety of conditions in the study such as rotation, transfer, promotion and remuneration. According to the type of research conducted qualitative research is the technique of data collection used the method of in-depth interviews and observation. The study is the rotation of the work done in accordance with the fundamental principles of the theory of rotational displacement occurred in one level employees. Mutations that occur in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Klaten is in conformity with the mutation theory of transfer of employment. Promotion experienced by respondents in accordance with the principles of the theory of a promotion campaign that is going to be followed by increased powers and responsibilities of employees. Remuneration applicable in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Klaten does not fit with the theory of remuneration because of the additional income was not given in the framework of remuneration in job performance but because of bureaucratic reform in the Kementerian Keuangan.en_US
