Manajemen Resiko Kegagalan Pada Proses Start Up Boiler dan Turbin di Pltu Krakatau Daya Listrik dengan Enterprise Risk Management
Abstract
Krakatau Steam Power Plant (CPP) has a capacity of 400 MW that consists of 5 identical
generating units. Based on operational reporting agencies data, failure of control operations occur in
the process of start up boiler and turbine so that the research is focused on this issue which is one
of the main causes of distracted generating units.
Risk Management is required to manage and identify risks and calculate the value of the risk, with
the aim to analyze and avoid risks that could threat CPP. Preliminary analysis in advance to the
causes and effects of machine / component start up failure by applying Enterprise Risk
Management (ERM) methods to decide the risk management policy.
The results of the risk management methods of ERM in the five components of the boiler start-up
causes disruption risk response determined that acceptance to the burner system components,
forced draft fan, steam pipe valve and feed water boiler installation because it has a high level of
hazard. While the four components of risk management causes disorder turbine start up all
specified risk acceptance response to turbine oil system components, vibration, steam pipe, and
pull control because it has a low hazard level.
