    HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PENDERITA TUBERCULOSIS PARU DI PUSKESMAS GATAK

    Abstract
    Tuberculosis is one of infectious diseases caused by stem bacteria (basil), known as Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The process of Tuberculosis infection through patient’s saliva or sputum which contains basil tuberculosis. The case of Pulmonary TB can be recovered if the patient had a good knowledge to compliance in medicinal treatment for approximate 6 months and supported by a good healthy service quality in handling pulmonary TB patient. This research aims to know the correlation between level of knowledge and healthy service quality toward the compliance of pulmonary TB patient to take medicine at Puskesmas Gatak. This research used a correlative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The populations were the positive TB patient and suspects who endure medicinal treatment and recorded at Puskesmas Gatak in 2011 as many as 65 people, with a sample were 40 respondents. The sampling technique used Propotional Random Sampling. Statistical analysis used Kolmogorov Smirnov Test, with confidence level α = 0,05. Based on this research, it can be seen that the first result about the correlation between level of knowledge and the compliance of Pulmonary TB patient to take medicine at Puskesmas Gatak is p value = (0,000 < 0,05) with correlation value 2,669, so Ho rejected. Then, the second result about correlation between healthy service quality and the compliance of Pulmonary TB patient to take medicine at Puskesmas Gatak is p value = (0,498 > 0,05) with correlation value 0,829, so Ho accepted. It can be concluded there was significant correlation between level of knowledge and the compliance of Pulmonary TB patient to take medicine. In the other hand, there was no correlation between healthy service quality and the compliance of pulmonary TB patient to take medicine.
