Pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Terhadap Kejelasan Peran, Pemberdayaan Psikologis Dan Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Terhadap Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah Di Purwokerto)
Abstract
This study examines the influence of performance measurement system to role clarity,
psychological empowerment and managerial performance as for becoming object from this
research is Muhammadiyah unit of action in Purwokerto. The data of the study was collected
from the employment on Muhammadiyah unit of action in Purwokerto who completed and
returned the questionnaires. 50 questionnaires was distributed and used as the analysis
samples. The data analysis used was regression test in SPSS ver. 16. The result showed that
performance measurement system have significance influence to psychological empowerment
and managerial performance, but yet not influence to role clarity.
