The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the rights and obligations of participants Yadapen Catholic Educational institutions, especially in STIE/ABA Pignatelli Surakarta. (2) To describe an employee welfare program in Yadapen. (3) To analyze the most appropriate models for employee welfare, especially in STIE/ABA Pignatelli Surakarta. This study is an empirical study of normative law. The object of the study is Supervisor of STIE/ABA Pignatelli , and the Office of Catholic Institutions Yadapen Semarang. The techniques to collect data are interview guides. Method to analyze data in this study is qualitative analysis.
