dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study are (1) to describe the rights and obligations of participants Yadapen Catholic Educational institutions, especially in STIE/ABA Pignatelli Surakarta. (2) To describe an employee welfare program in Yadapen. (3) To analyze the most appropriate models for employee welfare, especially in STIE/ABA Pignatelli Surakarta. This study is an empirical study of normative law. The object of the study is Supervisor of STIE/ABA Pignatelli , and the Office of Catholic Institutions Yadapen Semarang. The techniques to collect data are interview guides. Method to analyze data in this study is qualitative analysis. The results of this study are (1) the participant's right in Yadapen Catholic Education institutions, in the House is based in Decree No. Yadapen HS/166-Per-YDP/XI/2008 about Regulations of the Pension Fund Pension Fund of the Catholic Yadapen Article 26 (paragraph 1).
