Variasi Dosis Suplementasi ZN Memperbaiki Hematopoesis pada Tikus yang Terpajan Plumbum (PB)
Abstract
Zinc supplementation increases metallothionein was binding of lead, so the impact exposed to
lead that cause hematopoesis inhibition and G-6PD deficiency at rats can be inhibited.
Objective: Zn supplementation can repair hematopoesis at rats exposed to lead. The research
method was randomized post-test only control group design. Twenty eight rats are divided 4
groups: one control group, three treatment groups supplemented zinc 0.2; 0.4; 0.8 mg via sonde
until 3 week. Control and treatment exposed Pb 0.5 g/kg/Weight/day until 13 week . End of
week 13 examined Hb using Cyanmethemoglobin and erythrocytes count using hematology
analyzer, and reticulocytes using BCB staining . Differences between groups of hemoglobin ,
erythrocytes ,reticulocytes test used one way ANOVA and Bonferroni. Results showed levels of
hemoglobin and erythrocytes increased count of treatment group to the control group , while
the number of reitukolosit decreased. Based on statistical test of differences between treatment
groups with the control of the 2nd and 3rd ( p = 0.00 ) . Conclusion , zinc supplementation of
0.4 and 0.8 mg able to repair hematopoesis in rats exposed to lead
