dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the perception of professionalism, communication and motivation on the performance of nurses at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. This study is a quantitative descriptive example of 67 people. The data used are primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires from respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis study concluded that either partially or perception variables simultaneously nurses on professionalism, communication and motivation significantly influence the performance of nurses in this hospital. The results of this study can serve as guidelines for the management to pay more attention and improve medical professionalism, especially nurses in hospitals PKU Muhammadiyah Surakartaen_US
