dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini berusaha merumuskan suatu model stimulus yang berpengaruh terhadap keyakinan individu untuk menerima adopsi teknologi berbasis self-service technologies dalam kasus e-banking. Hal ini menjadi sangat penting karena layanan perbankan pada dasarnya adalah sama, termasuk layanan online berbasis self-service technologies yaitu e-banking sehingga perbankan yang mampu membangun stimulus terhadap keyakinan individu untuk menerima e-banking secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan niat dari individu untuk menggunakan e-banking dan sekaligus memperkuat basis loyalitasnya. Mengacu urgensi dari adopsi e-banking dan stimulus terhadap keyakinan individu maka rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi aspek keyakinan individu untuk menerima adopsi teknologi berbasis self-service technologies dalam kasus e-banking? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun model stimulus yang berpengaruh terhadap keyakinan individu untuk menerima adopsi teknologi berbasiskan self-service technologies dari kasus e-banking. Analisis untuk tahun pertama dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu kajian riset empiris adopsi e-banking untuk membuat hipotesa dan kuesioner dan analisis untuk tahun kedua dengan pendekatan kuantitatif (analisis struktural model) dan kualitatif yaitu diseminasi untuk validasi model. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dirumuskannya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya tarik adopsi e-banking melalui model stimulus yang berpengaruh terhadap keyakinan individu serta dirumuskannya model kebijakan dan rekomendasi dalam bentuk implikasi teoritis, praktis, manajerial, metodologis dan relevansinya untuk studi lanjutan.in_ID
