Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Islami, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Lama Kerja sebagai Variabel Moderating
Abstract
The aim of this research is to look for influence of the Islamic leadership, work
motivation and job satisfaction that moderated by work duration to the competence
of the worker. This observation is done by 4 BMT in Temanggung regency. Total of
the sample was 60 respondences which use stratified sampling method. Data analysed
by moderated regression analysis
