Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Undaan Lor Kabupaten Kudus
Abstract
Pregnant women are a target group that needs special attention, because pregnant women are vulnerable to have nutritional problems.Pregnant women pregnancy is said to have anemia when hemoglobin (Hb) is less than 11 gr%. Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of post partum bleeding. Anaemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of postpartum hemorrhage. Anemia that occurs early in pregnancy can cause premature risk. Because of the harmful effects, prevention is needed by giving iron supplement. This study aims to know the factors that are associated with anemia in pregnant women in PHC Undaan, Kudus 2014. The method of this research was analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. The population was 106 people as the pregnant women in PHC Undaan Kudus. The sample was 51 pregnant women. Analysis of the data used univariate and bivariate with Chi Square test. Moreover, the Multivariate analysis was logistic regression. The result was there is no correlation between age, education and adherence Fe tablet with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.
