Efektif itas Komunikasi Terapeutik Interpersonal Perawat Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Pre Operasi Fraktur

Abstract

Background : Surgery is a unique experience the change be planned on body that cause anxiety. Anxiety can be reduced by focusing on the act of nursing therapeutic communication and health education for patients and their families. The Communication therapeutic is a relationship take and a give between nursing and patient. Based on the results of a survey in 237 hospitals there Dr. Moewardi during 3 last month. There are 12 of the 15 patients who experience anxiety with the criteria being the sign. Objective : To determine effectiveness of communication therapeutic on pre operative patient anxiety levels Fractures in Hospital Dr. Moewardi. Methods : The research method in the form of quasi experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data analysis using paired t test. Sampling technique is accidental sampling fracture on preoperative patients with a sample of 15 respondents. The instrument used in the form of leaflets communication therapeutic and HRS – A. Results : Communication therapeutic nursing there is very effected on patient anxiety level fracture with score before 39,5 and after 22,3, the results of the ρ value of 0,000 results at the 5 % significance. Conclusion : Communication therapeutic interpersonal nursing there is very effected on preoperative patient anxiety level fracture in Space Mawar II Hospital Dr. Moewardi.
