    Factors Affecting The Posyandu Strata

    Abstract
    Background: Posyandu is one of the efforts of health services managed by communities with technical support health worker. Posyandu strata consists of four strata, namely: pratama, associate, full and independent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect posyandu strata. The independent variables: age, occupation, old cadre, and knowledge. The dependent variables: posyandu strata. Methods: Observational research, using cross sectional approach. The population in this study are all posyandu in South Purwokerto district area is 124 Posyandu. The research sample 56 cadre/posyandu, by cluster random sampling. Results: the research result showed factors affecting the posyandu strata is aged (ρ = 0.000), old cadre (ρ = 0.004), and knowledge (ρ = 0.000). There is no influence between occupation with posyandu strata (1,000). The conclusions, variables influence to posyandu strata were age, old cadre, and knowledge.
