The purpose of this study is to evaluate the learning process of linear programming to analyze the needs in learning. Type of this study is qualitative research with research subjects are undergraduate students of mathematics education and statistics Universty of Muhammadiyah Semarang. The enstruments of the research are : questionnaires, observation sheets of learning process and a question and answer sheet. The results obtained are necessary for improvement of learning linear program is primarily associated for with the use of instructional media, instructional materials and teaching materials that should be associated with the contetual issues.
