dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah mikrobiologi serta hasil belajar yang diperoleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Siliwangi Tasikmalaya setelah mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pembelajaran berlangsung dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh mahasiswa selama dan setelah mengikuti proses perkuliahan pada mata kuliah mikrobiologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sebanyak 60 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti dan lulus pada perkuliahan mikrobiologi pada semester 4 tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari populasi yang berjumlah 90 mahasiswa. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki ketertarikan terhadap mata kuliah mikrobiologi terutama dalam kegiatan praktikum. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah mikrobiologi ternyata belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal diindikasikan dari tidak tersosialisasinya model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen yang berdampak pada berbagai keterampilan generik yang tidak dapat dilatih dan dikembangkan secara maksimal.in_ID
