“Little doctor” is public health service agent in school. Little doctor can be a
good model for their friends in having healthy life and taking care the school
environment in order to be a healthy. In other words, little doctor is a strategic health
agent to increase the degree of school children’s health. The aim of this social service
to the community were to increase little doctor’s knowledge about personal hygiene,
environmental health, nutrition, and school stall, also to increase little doctor skills
in observing the growth of school children (using “Go to be health Card-for school
children) and measuring the eye quality. After the elucidation, the knowledge and the
skill of those little doctors were rising, 34,7% got successful score, 52,3% medium
score, and only 13,1% who got poor score. MI Matholi’ul Falah hopefully can organize
the same elucidation continuously so that little doctors in MI can be good quality
little doctors.
