PENGARUH REPUTASI, PRIVASI, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN (TRUST) PENGGUNA INTERNET DI SEMARANG DALAM SISTEM E-COMMERCE
Abstract
This research intends to know the factors that influence the trust user’s internet into
ecommerce in Semarang. The sample of this research is 103 users of ecommers in kaskus, social
network like facebook.. The statistical tool used in this research was Regression analysis. Data were
analyzed using statistical software SPSS v 19. The results of this research indicated that security
was the greatest factor that influencing to trust than reputation and privacy.
