MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN MELALUI PRAKTEK CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA INDUSTI KECIL DAN MENENGAH

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know good corporate governance practice in small and medium industries. To achieve competitiveness, small and medium industries sector must increase organizational performance because it can determine their competitiveness. The implementation of GCG in small and medium industries should focus on the issues of (1) how to create a professional cooperate governance through standardize accounting and financial system practice, (2) how management has an IT system to support the company operation, (3) how to increase managerial knowledge. With GCG, small and medium industries are expected to be a healthy business and performing well.
