Abstract

itended to identify the impact of releationship conflict toward industrial performance.
The technique of collecting data is done by indeept interview, observation and
documentation. The data validity will be analysis with trianggulasi methods. The topic
of research is conflict management styles in the rattan handycraft industrial.

is the result of widely accepted research presented by Thomas and Kilmann (1976). The
