Pengujian Model Konseptual Terintegrasi pada Perceived Organizational Support
Abstract
This study attempt to develop and testing an integrated model of the
antecedents and consequences of Perceived Organizational Support (POS),
based on social exchange theory. The structural equation modeling is used to
analyses the conceptual model. Factor analsyses indicate that POS a unique
concept of social exchange Theory and have antecedents (developmental
experiences and promotions) and outcomes (OCB, commitment, and intention
to quit) variables.
