dc.description.abstractpenting bagi para pengusaha pada industri kecil dalam mengembangkan kinerja usahanya. Sampel penelitian adalah para pengusaha kecil yang berada di berbagai kota/kabupaten di Jawa Tengah. Berbagai aspek skill yang teridentifikasi akan dijadikan benchmark dalam penyusunan materi pembelajaran soft skill di perguruan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini skill dikaji dari sebelas aspek, sedangkan kinerja dikaji dari lima aspek. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa berbagai aspek skill tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap berbagai aspek kinerjanya. Dari hasil analisis regresi aspek-aspek skill terhadap berbagai aspek kinerja dapat diidentifikasi berbagai aspek skill yang berperan bagi setiap orang untuk dapat bekerja dan mengembangkan usahanya Bagi perguruan tinggi penting untuk memasukkan aspek Communication skill, Team work skill, Problem solving skill, Initiative and enterprise skill, Planning and organizing skill, Self awareness skill, Learning skill, Technology skill, Inovasi, Bertindak proaktif dan Me-manage Resiko dalam kurikulum mata kuliah kewirausahaan atau materi pelatihan mahasiswa. Dari penguasaan berbagai skill tersebut diharapkan dapat membekali ketrampilan mahasiswa sehingga akan meningkatkan daya serap lulusan pada dunia kerja.en_US
