PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Purpose of the research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation,
and work capability to the employee performance of Perum Perhutani KPH
Mantingan. The research shows four hypothesis that is leadership has influence to
employee performance, compensation has influence to performance, work capability
has influence to performance and leadership, compensation and work capability
are proven to have significant influence on performance simultaneously. Objects of
the research is the employee of Perum Perhutani KPH Mantingan that is located on
jalan Diponegoro no. 65 Rembang with 180 sample amount of 325 populations
conducted in May- June 2011. Method of sampling in the research is conducted by
using random sampling method and proportional. Result of the analysis shows that
leadership and work ability has significant influence to performance. Whereas
compensation has insignificant influence to performance. Leadership, compensation
and work capability are proven to have significant influence on performance
simultaneously.
