    Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know the description of social interaction with peers in children who homeschool and regular school children as well as compare the interaction between the two. In this study used homeschooling 2 children and 2 children a regular school with a predetermined characteristics. Data taken by way of interviews and observations. The results showed that social interaction with peers in homeschooling children are underdeveloped when compared to the social interaction with peers in regular school. This is because homeschooling children have less opportunity to interact with their peers, they interact more with his own family members, and more frequently interact with people who are older, they grow in certain aspects, though not nearly as well as regular school children but the terms of cooperation, homeschooling children are less capable, it is also because of their opportunity to learn to develop skills of cooperation (mengemukkan opinion, resolve differences of opinion within the group, etc.) are lacking.
