KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM SUPERVISI KLINIS (Studi Situs SMP Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten)
Abstract
This research objectives are to describe the real condition of teaching learning in
school. And specifically is to describe the principal leadership in clinic supervision. This qualitative
research uses fenomenology. The subjects are the principal and the teachers. Data are
collected by in depth interview, observation, and documentation. Interactive analysis is used to
analyse the data. The results show that (1) planning of clinic supervition is part of the implementation
of the principal with the purpose to influence the teachers in reaching the organization
goals, such as empowering supervision in teaching, (2) the principal supervises all aspects to
know the weakneses and the strength, and (3) feedback is a characteristic of the principal of SMP
N 1 Pedan Klaten. It is done by guiding democtratically, hospitally, friendly.
