Various international legal instruments governing the preven- tion, reduction and control of oil pollution at sea. Under the terms of the various international legal instruments are the three coastal countries (Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore) have developed cooperation mechanisms in the three forms of the cooperative forum, Project Coordination Committee, Aids to Navigation Fund.
