dc.description.abstractS Nadia Nurani Isfarin Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta nurani.isfarin@gmail.com Abstract trait of Malacca, the second busiest straits in the world, used as an inter national navigation line is potentially exposed to oil pollution across borders. Various international legal instruments governing the preven- tion, reduction and control of oil pollution at sea. Under the terms of the various international legal instruments are the three coastal countries (Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore) have developed cooperation mechanisms in the three forms of the cooperative forum, Project Coordination Committee, Aids to Navigation Fund. The cooperation is aimed at preventing, reducing and controlling oil pollution in the Strait of Malacca.en_US
