dc.description.abstractKegiatan purchasing merupakan bagian dari kegiatan procurement pada suatu perusahaan yang memiliki peran strategis. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan adanya masalah dalam kegiatan purchasing di PT. Nyonya Meneer yaitu berkaitan dengan quality, price dan delivery time. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengelompokan 5 (lima) item bahan baku utama dengan menggunakan Model Kraljic’s Matrix Purchasing Portfolio. Melalui pengelompokan dapat dianalisis strategi purchasing yang tepat berdasarkan kategori item. Melalui perhitungan Triangular Fuzzy Numbers, kelima bahan baku utama tersebut diplot ke dalam Kraljic’s Matrix sehingga diperoleh 2 (dua) bahan baku kritis yaitu jahe dan kencur. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dilakukan untuk menentukan bentuk strategi purchasing yang tepat untuk mendapatkan bahan baku kritis tersebut., Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perlu dijalin komunikasi yang baik dengan pemasok serta adanya jaminan terhadap kualitas selama pembelian.en_US
