Feasibility Studies On Ruko Infestation In Surakarta

Abstract

A high demand on “ruko” in Surakarta makes many developers build new “ruko”. Ruko is a good choice of infestation as it can be a place for running a business and also it can be a house for the owner. This research was conducted in Surakarta area by using paper questioner method to survey factors that influence the consumer in deciding to buy this kind of property. Subsequently an infestation model of ruko will be design in Surakarta to analyze its feasibility. The result shows three levels floors is the most preferred as choice of infestation in comparison to one or two levels ruko. In addition with the interest of 12% the model of infestation of three levels ruko has nett present value of IDR 266,024,700 and benefit cost ratio of 1.057.
