dc.description.abstractPoverty is a classic problem that has been happening in Indonesia. National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) is one of the government programs undertaken in response tersebut.Tujuan this study was to determine the role of human resource management in the success of the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) in the village of Krakitan, Bayat, Klaten. This research is a descriptive qualitative type (explanatory), samples were taken by purposive sampling that samples had been determined previously deliberate consideration. The data of this study consists of stakeholders (key people) who know the problems and conditions Krakitan village, Bayat, Klaten. Data were collected through observation, interviews. The method used is the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The analysis finds that manajemn role of human resources is the most powerful planning, namely (planning) with the results of eigen vector for 0444 means 44% success PNPM program in the village.en_US
