Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the performance of the
Center for Lung Health Society (BBKPM). for three years are 2010, 2011, and 2012
Implementation of the analysis is based on four perspectives, namely, the financial
perspective, customer perspective, internal business, and learning and growth
perspectives. Fetching data from annual reports and employee satisfaction
questionnaire BBKPM many as 124 people. Examination of research instruments
using validity and reliability testing. Methods of data analysis using the balanced
scorecard. The results of the performance of organizations using the balanced
scorecard approach is the performance score in 2010 was 87.08, the year 2011 was
82.56, and in 2012 was 93.34, which means that during the three years of good
performance. The average yield from the customer perspective and internal business
perspetif hit the target. Financial perspective, learning and growth perspective shows
improved performance in 2012.
