Pengaruh Penilaian dan Evaluasi Kinerja Terhadap Penentuan Grade Remunerasi Pegawai
Abstract
Grade remuneration is received by an employee benefit levels based on the
achieved performance of each employee. Thus, in determining the remuneration
required grade performance assessment and evaluation work. The purpose of this
study was to analyze the effect of employee performance appraisal and evaluation
of the determination of the grade remunerrasi Immigration Office employee
Surakarta. This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study were
all employees of Surakarta Immigration Samples taken as much as 61
karyawan.Pengambilan samples using sampling techniques saturated. Regression
analysis used in this study was logistic regression analysis .. The results of binary
logistic regression analysis found that the assessment of performance of binary
positive and significant effect on grade discovery remuneration. Expectation of the
test results, showed that the most influential variable performance assessment greater
than the evaluation of the performance of the variable remuneration grade
determination.
