Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Partisipatif Bagi Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Muhammadiyah Jatinom Tahun 2012
Abstract
As a professional teacher, before deliver the lecture, we must prepare the
learning material strategically to grow up the motivation and to make the students
understand more in a simple way within learning communication. To build the image
of tough and useful students, we need to consider the important things above to choose
and to determine the strategy. SMP Muhammadiyah Jatinom has experience the
students inertia, the amount of the students are getting decrease by year, and the
worse is when the manager take less response through the conditions. Beside the less
responsive manager, the minimum knowledge and the experience of the teachers in
the teaching and learning process have make the quantity and the quality of the students
dropped sharply. For all this time, the teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah Jatinom
have not done in a participatory learning strategies so that the existence of this training
can broaden the concept in teaching and learning process. And else, the participants
feel happy and enjoy the participatory learning strategy training and they want to do
the kind of ongoing training.
