MODEL PENDIDIKAN PELATIHAN SEBAGAI STRATEGI KOMITMEN KINERJA KESELAMATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA SEKTOR USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH
Abstract
This research analyzed a commitment strategy model for OSH Training
and Education Commitment Strategy (OSH-TECS) for metal foundry workers
of medium-small business sectors that had never undergone any OSH.
The research was a quasi-experiment with non-randomized control group
Pretest-Posttest design referring to Andragogic process. The Pretest served
as probing OSH implementation, the second stage was experimenting OSHTECS
model, and the third stage of the pretest was OSH implementation
process elucidated in 48 questionnaire items. The pretest and posttest questionnaires
were the detailed breakdown of nine aspects of OSH-TECS model,
transformed into OHS-TECS model of behavioral aspects. The sample consisted
of 380 workers representing 20–29 age group (120 people), 30–39
age group (120 people), 40–49 (80 people), and 50–up (60 people). The
independent variables were OSH-TE factors and the dependent variable was
behavior. The research result were: (1) With Hotelling’s Trace Test, there was
a significant influence of OSH-TECS model on all behavioral aspects (p. =
0.00 < 0.05), and (2) The OHS-TECS model had a significant influence on
all age groups (p. = 0.00 < 0.00).
