dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style,
organizational culture, and organizational commitment to the performance. The
study was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Karanganyar. The sample is
selected by purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40.
Data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. The results of this study were
here are significant contribution of the leadership style, organizational culture,
and organizational commitment on the performance. Where, the highest contribution
was organizational commitment variable. So, to improve performance at the Civil
Service Police Unit Karanganyar the leader has to increase commitment of the
