The research aims to identify the language error made by the Thailand students during pre-writing learning activities. The method of the research used was qualitative descriptive. The data sources represented the Thailand students work and language ability were the written language attitude. The data collecting on the research conducted by the document analysis and observation. To study the language attitude of the Thailand students conducted by the agih method using the basic technique for the direct unsure (BUL) and the advance technique was inserted technique. The language error on the essay written by the Thailand students could be classified into the four types of error, i.e. (1) the error on the structure apply, (2) the error on the words choose (diction), (3) the uncomplete of the sentence function unsure, and (4) the interference. First, the error of the structure apply consists of (a) the use of capital letter, (b) the sentence ends without fullstop, (c) the error on the morphem writing, (d) the use of phonem. Second, the error on the words choose (diction), consist of (a) the adjectives choose, (b) the words used which no function, (c) the affix ignoring, (d) the error on the words use as the supplement, (e) the error on the words use as the predicate, (f) the error on the subject choose. Third, the uncomplete unsure of the sentence function consists of (a) the unpresent of the adverb function and (b) the error position of the adverb function. Fourth, the interference consist of the English and the Melayu contamination.
